Justin Hodgin, A.C.C.A – Director – jah@venatusbc.com

Justin is a qualified accountant who, having gained significant experience in the UK and Australia in practice (as a management accountant and financial controller) and in industry (as an Operations Director) joined Venatus in 2006.

With knowledge of the accountancy and practice markets and particular expertise in advising clients on restructuring, recruitment needs and mergers and acquisitions, Justin is not only a hands-on consultant but he also leads the strategic growth of Venatus Business Consultancy.

Outside of work Justin combines family life with supporting Manchester City FC and supporting the NSPCC.

Andrew Tromans – Director – ajt@venatusbc.com

Having graduated from Durham University, Andrew joined a Big 4 consultancy firm before moving to Prague to work in executive search, recruiting primarily in the IT, legal, consultancy and retail sectors across Central Europe and the Former Soviet Union.

Returning to the UK in 2006 with experience in recruiting senior executives and teams across borders and cultures, Andrew joined Venatus to advise professional services organisations on recruitment and retention strategies.

Andrew is a keen rugby player and has represented (amongst others) Worcester RUFC and the Czech Republic.
